Healthcare AI

Translating routine imaging into structured, clinician-reviewable signals.

From Routine Scans to Actionable Intelligence

Radiologist reviewing AI-enhanced CT scans on a large medical display in a modern hospital radiology department

Cognis Healthcare AI focuses on medical imaging, using advanced algorithms to surface additional clinical insights from routine non-contrast CT examinations. Our approach is designed to fit existing radiology workflows, flagging potential findings for clinician review without adding procedural burden.

We currently prioritise three capability areas:

  • Opportunistic screening signals — identifying incidental findings in CT that may warrant follow-up.
  • Tissue segmentation and quantification — providing automated measurements to support clinical decisions.
  • Workflow integration — delivering AI outputs within existing PACS / RIS ecosystems.

Responsible AI Deployment Pathway

We follow a structured, evidence-driven process to move from research to clinical practice — always keeping clinicians in the loop.

Step 01

Validation Study

Multi-centre retrospective cohorts to establish algorithm performance across diverse populations.

Step 02

Reader Study

Structured evaluation with radiologists to measure added value and clinical utility.

Step 03

Local Translation

Adaptation to local infrastructure, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Step 04

Prospective Monitoring

Ongoing real-world performance tracking and quality assurance.

Our commitment: AI supports clinicians, never replaces them. Every signal is designed for human review.
